Founded in 1924 to promote the teaching of Latin and Greek in the Philadelphia area, the Philadelphia Classical Society (PCS) welcomes new members.

We sponsor the following activities:

Sat., November 22, 2008 - Fall Professional Day: trip to the Metropolitan Museum of Art

February 17 - 21, 2009 - PCS Latin Week

Sat., February 21, 2009 - PCS Competition Judging (at Baldwin)

Sat., April 25, 2009 - PCS Awards Banquet (at Drexelbrook Catering in Drexel Hill, Penna.)
